1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section craft supplies and Sale.
5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
We can send packages like these one more time at the expense of the buyer.

We do not accept returns on the alarm clocks and watches in case if the damage is not external (broken glass, broken other parts) that may occur due to incorrect (rough) postal service.

All our watches and clocks are serviced and checked by the watch-master, but they are very old mechanisms. They can stop or start to work incorrectly for any tiny reason.

When buying them, you should understand that from time to time you will have to repair them. In this connection, we will not accept them back and return the money.

We ship the goods within 1-3 days unless something else is written in the product description.

Usually, we ship registered airmail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery - contact me.

We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and time of the year.

Please note that during holidays and sales seasons (July, November-January), delivery times may be longer due to mail load, and takes as the rule extra 2-3 weeks.

We'll be happy to find exactly what you are looking for. We can collect a decor set for you or find alarm clock as your grandfather had. To fulfill you order we need prepayment from 30 to 50 percent. Please contact us.
